My experience dates back to 1990, when as a newly licensed realtor, I joined NRS Block Bros. After 19 years in our business I have gained a wealth of knowledge. I have worked through a booming market as well as a very challenging market that saw our membership drop from over 500 realtors in Nanaimo to just over 200. Only those able to combine a strong work ethic, with the ability to change and adapt to these challenging times and new technologies can survive and flourish in today's market. Now in 2009 we face a similiar challenged market where experience makes a difference. Joining RE/MAX in the fall of 1998, added renewed strength to my business. Our office commands approximately 40% market share in our city, and provides worldwide recognition and exposure for myself and my clients.

Building trust with those I work for and work with, is essential if we are to achieve our goals. I pride myself on my integrity and my ability to provide each and every client with the information and knowledge they require in order to make informed, confident, Real Estate decisions. As a result, I can attribute more than 70% of my business each year to repeat business, past client referrals, and referral from friends & business associates.

Communication is the cornerstone of business. In order to provide a superior level of service to clients, they must be kept well informed on an ongoing basis. Communication between realtors is essential not only in marketing properties, but in negotiating the best end result for your clients.
